PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Kevin Tan is a real estate attorney who has been immersed in the real estate industry for almost two decades. With experience in both residential and commercial real estate law, he brings a unique blend of legal expertise and firsthand market knowledge to every transaction. Before earning a law degree from Suffolk Law, Kevin worked in real estate sales while attending Trinity College, gaining valuable insight into the complexities of property transactions. Now, he focuses on providing strategic legal counsel to buyers, sellers, investors, and developers, ensuring seamless transactions while advocating and protecting his clients’ interests in all real estate matters. Being able to speak Cantonese and Toishanese, Kevin is able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, ensuring they fully understand the legal aspects of their transactions as well as bridging the cultural and linguistic gaps, providing personalized guidance to each individual client. Kevin currently resides on the South Shore with his wife and two children.
