Neda Toloue

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Neda brings over 15 years of legal experience to Lieberman Law Office. She focuses her practice in representing buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, representing local and national lenders in mortgage transactions, and drafting various real estate agreements. She also represents business clients, handling LLC and Corporate formations, drafting governance documents, preparing and negotiating commercial leases, contracts and purchase and sale of businesses.  Neda earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from St. Mary’s University School of Law where she was a student-attorney at the Civil Justice Clinic and an Editor at the Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review. 

Before joining the Lieberman Law Office, she lived in Autin, Texas, where she was an Assistant Attorney General representing the State of Texas in condemnation actions and contract disputes. Prior to that, she advised individuals and business entities on business matters, debt restructuring, and contract negotiations.  Neda strives to earn the trust of her clients and business partners and considers respect and trust to be the cornerstones of successful legal representation.  

Throughout her career, Neda’s work ethic and her commitment to ethical and professional conduct has earned her the respect of her colleagues in the legal community.  She has served on the boards of several organizations such as the Austin Bar Association and is an active community member in her Town of Brookline where she currently lives with her husband and children.  

Before calling Brookline home, Neda lived in Austin, Texas, San Antonio, Texas, Toronto, Canada and Tehran, Iran. She is fluent in English and Farsi.  Neda is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Texas.
