Thomas received his B.S. degree in History from Suffolk University and received his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.  As an undergraduate, Thomas was inducted into the University’s College of Arts and Science Honor College and Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society.  He also served as President of the University’s club hockey team.

While attending Suffolk University Law School, he served as a Note Editor on the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law and published his work, Critiquing the Third Circuit’s Reluctance to Find Error Where Prison Sentences Are Imposed to Promote Defendants’ Rehabilitative Needs (2020), in the Journal’s 25th Edition.  He was also inducted into Phi Delta Phi, the oldest legal organization in continuous existence in the United States.

Thomas is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and currently resides in East Boston, Massachusetts.
